I hired Extreme IFC to fix a horrible mess created by a well known paint manufacturer's approved floor coating installation crew. This was supposed to be the best, most durable epoxy coating that the manufacturer offered and it was installed on a well cured, brand new 4500 sq. ft. concrete floor. Even weeks after installation, it never hardened properly and could be flaked up in large chunks with a pocket knife. This surface was recoated by the same people under warranty. It failed again. Extreme IFC came in and in a few days cleaned the floor back to bare concrete, cleaned the building of dust and residue and coated the floor with a better looking, massively stronger product. The final result is beautiful, skid resistant and almost impossible to damage. And the best part of the whole experience was the price was slightly less than half that charged by the nationally known "brand name." Extreme has my unqualified endorsement.
